Can I access the old version of AuraConnect?
Yes you can.
What happens to the project information I had in the old version of AuraConnect?
That information will be available to you via your old login though through December 31st, 2017. After December 31, 2017, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org who will assist in looking up previous project information for you.
Can I get a one on one session to make sure that I am using the system correctly?
Absolutely! We can schedule a webinar session for you and your team. Email email@example.com with your date/time preference.

I forgot my username / password, what do I do?
Go to the LOGIN page and click on "Having trouble signing in?"
Enter your email address. If you have an active account related to that email address you will receive an email to reset your password.
Your username is you email address.
If your account is not active, we can active it for you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
I don't see the service or language that I need? Does that mean that Auracom does not provide the service?
