The novel coronavirus (or COVID-19) is on all of our minds lately, and the impact it’s had on our communities is impossible to ignore.

From the outset of the pandemic, we have been proactively adding new service options to help meet our client's changing needs in this difficult time.


In addition to our Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI), and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services, we are offering full-service Telemedicine functionality. We are also offering OPI and VRI interpreter options to meet with our Healthcare Client's existing Telemedicine systems. Please get in touch so we can help you find the right solution.  

We wanted to take a moment to share the steps we’re taking to ensure our services are not interrupted for you during this uncertain time.

Your ability to access the services you need is our top priority, so we’re closely monitoring the situation and have the following precautions in place:

Auracom is fortunate that our business model has always been based on our team members working remotely, which limits the human-to-human contact. Our interpreters and translators already work remotely.

Management is closely monitoring our service levels, and making the necessary adjustments to deliver uninterrupted service to you, our clients.

As a progressive company, we have a work-from-home policy in place and that continues to be expanded.

While it is not possible to anticipate all contingencies, we are doing everything possible to mitigate the effects of a pandemic event.

Auracom will continue to adapt our plan as the situation evolves, and we remain dedicated to providing seamless service, and the best customer support possible.
